Kiwi Petz
Rebecca redesigned the brand guidelines for KiwiPetz, creating a warm, fun, and friendly identity that feels like chatting with a fellow pet lover. The refreshed look features playful pet imagery paired with sketchy, hand-drawn illustrations and a bright, cheerful colour palette. Rebecca also developed the social media strategy, designed assets, and produced supporting videos.

Promote Everyday Low Prices. Regular posts and stories that highlight affordable pricing position the brand as accessible and great value.
Feature Monthly Deals & Promotions. Dedicated content each month to spotlight limited-time discounts and special bundles to drive urgency.
Boost Online Sales. Strong call-to-actions in every post “Shop Now”, “Grab it before it’s gone!”, “Add to cart” with direct links in bios or stories. Leverage retargeting ads and product tags.
Creative Process and Strategy
Our tone and visual style is warm, fun, and friendly, like chatting with a fellow pet lover. Featuring cute, playful imagery of pets paired with sketchy illustrations for a hand-drawn, approachable feel, all brought together with a bright, cheerful colour palette.
We built a recognisable look. Using consistent sketchy illustration overlays (e.g. doodled bones, hearts, tails) to make posts instantly recognisable as KiwiPetz.
We used bite-sized content on pet care tips, product benefits, funny pet facts, and behind-the-scenes peeks at new products.
To increase engagement, we shared pet memes and ran caption contests, while also encouraging user-generated content with prompts like “Show us your funny pet photo!”
The files were set up in a way that allows KiwiPetz to easily take over their social posts and create their own moving forward.
